Hi, I’m Clare.
I offer individualized executive functioning coaching.
What is Executive Functioning?
We use our executive functioning skills to solve problems, make plans, and manage our emotions.
Executive functioning is comprised of working memory, cognitive flexibility, and inhibition control (also known as self-control).
Daily skills that require executive functioning skills include paying attention, organizing, planning, prioritizing, starting and completing tasks, and more.
Executive functioning also allows us to understand different points of view, to regulate our emotions, and to self-monitor.
Identify Goals
Identify your goals, then break down the concrete steps to achieve them through prioritization tools.
